Heather Hargis is a proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a BS in both Biology and Medical Technology, and trained as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Villanova. During her 20-year career, she has worked in both Hospital and Reference Laboratories focusing in the areas of Lean and Six Sigma improvements.
