Lâle White, Executive Chairman & CEO
As CEO and founder of XIFIN, Lâle White has helped diagnostic labs and health systems realize more than $3 billion in cumulative net cash collection gains. A nationally recognized expert in medical financial management and regulatory compliance, Lâle has over three decades’ experience in information systems development and medical billing. She chairs the state and federal contractor committees for California Clinical Laboratory Association (CCLA), and has been recognized with multiple honors from Ernst & Young, CCLA, and Inc. Previously, Lâle held leadership roles with LabCorp and National Health Laboratories. She has a BA in finance and an MBA from Florida International University.
Kyle Fetter, Executive Vice President & General Manager of Diagnostic Services
Kyle Fetter oversees XIFIN’s outsourced billing services group, working with hospital outreach, independent laboratories, pathology practices, and IDTFs to optimize their RCM. Kyle has also overseen the commercialization, billing, and reimbursement processes for over 70 unique molecular diagnostic companies releasing new high complexity laboratory testing services onto the health care market. A recognized expert in the changing landscape of molecular diagnostic reimbursement, Kyle was recently named to Becker’s Hospital Review “Health IT and Revenue Cycle Up-and-Comers” list. Kyle has a background in technology funding and commercialization and holds a BA from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the University of Utah.
Vicki DiFrancesco, Chief Strategy Officer
As the Chief Strategy Officer at XIFIN, Vicki DiFrancesco is an accomplished diagnostics executive with more than 25 years in executive leadership positions. Previously, she served as president and CEO of Pathology Inc., the west coast’s premier women’s health laboratory (acquired by LabCorp in 2016). She was senior vice president, sales and marketing for Specialty Laboratories Inc.; executive vice president of sales and marketing for Spectrum Laboratory Network; and vice president of hospital sales and marketing at Quest Diagnostics. She has also held executive level positions with American Medical Laboratories and LabCorp. Vicki currently serves on the Board of Directors of PWNHealth, LLC. She holds a BS degree in biological sciences from California State University, Sacramento.
Lee Ann Nichols, Chief Customer Officer
Lee Ann Nichols has more than 25 years experience in the laboratory industry with expertise in revenue cycle management and operations. Previously, Lee Ann was president of West Pacific Medical Laboratory, where during her tenure the company increased cash collections by 27%; oversaw the opening of 40 patient service centers and achieved significant year over year growth. She has held several senior level positions throughout her career including chief operations officer at Watson Medical Laboratories, director of revenue cycle strategy, and director of molecular diagnostic services. Lee Ann is a former member and secretary of the California Clinical Laboratory Association.
