Short Bio on Principal Officers
Jeff Osborne President & Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Osborne joined Accumen as President & CEO to lead the vision and execution of strategic solutions integral to assisting hospitals and health systems achieve exceptional performance in a dynamic healthcare environment. Prior to joining Accumen, he was Chief Performance Officer at Accenture and responsible for the company’s disciplined approach to performance excellence and delivering client quality. Additionally, Mr. Osborne was Chief Operating Officer for Accenture’s Business Process Outsourcing business managing client services including customer call centers, procurement and supply chain, health administration, insurance, and financial services. Mr. Osborne holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Arizona State University.
Jim Brady Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Brady serves on the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and is responsible for all process innovation and transformation across the company. Mr. Brady’s 25 years of operations experience includes leading global operations, quality/process excellence programs, and managing customer relationships. Prior to joining Accumen, Mr. Brady served as Vice President of Quality and Performance Excellence at Accenture and was responsible for leading/delivering innovative and progressive results-oriented best practices in business process solutions. Before joining Accenture, Mr. Brady served 20 years at Honeywell in a variety of roles with the most recent as Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain for the Aerospace Engines business and Chairman of the Aerospace Integrity and Compliance Council. Mr. Brady earned his B.S. from the Western International University and M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.
Erin Lafferty Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Lafferty works with client teams to strategically identify savings opportunities and optimal financial outcomes for hospital based laboratories. Ms. Lafferty joined Accumen from PatientSafe Solutions, a start-up company focused on providing technology solutions to reduce medical errors, where she served as Vice President, Finance. Before joining PatientSafe, Ms. Lafferty served as the CFO of GenVault, a molecular biology start-up. Ms. Lafferty began her career as a CPA for Ernst & Young. Ms. Lafferty earned a M.B.A. from University of California, Los Angeles and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
