Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer of Sonora Quest Laboratories, a joint venture between Banner Health System and Quest Diagnostics, David Moore just completed a multiyear implementation project, replacing an ANTRIM-based LIS with a new, state-of-the-art LIS (NeTLIMS). The criteria for success in that project was to not lose any clients due to the implementation in the first 90 days post go-live. Not only did Moore’s team meet that goal, but the sales team actually grew the business during that time. Additionally, cash flow was unaffected by the implementation.
Sonora Quest Laboratories has been taking advantage of the patient-centric databases to roll out a patient collection effort in its 76+ patient service centers, yielding over $2.5M in collections of past-due balances in 2014.
