This topic has been beat to death by the older generations who really just don’t get the fact that Gen X and Gen Y has figured out that if they don’t look out for themselves, the “company” certainly won’t. Workers are disposable. Without loyalty to your employees, don’t expect undying loyalty to the establishment. We’ve already seen our parents and grandparents kicked to the curb at a minute’s notice with little or no benefits. We will work our butts off for you, but we won’t allow ourselves to be treated as dirt.
