		<description><![CDATA[Is this yet another article, seminar, or lecture explaining that Gens X and Y just don&#039;t measure up or have the good qualities the old timers have?  This topic has been beat to death by the older generations who really just don&#039;t get the fact that Gen X and Gen Y has figured out that if they don&#039;t look out for themselves, the &quot;company&quot; certainly won&#039;t.  Workers are disposable.  Without loyalty to your employees, don&#039;t expect undying loyalty to the establishment.  We&#039;ve already seen our parents and grandparents kicked to the curb at a minute&#039;s notice with little or no benefits.  We will work our butts off for you, but we won&#039;t allow ourselves to be treated as dirt.]]></description>
