Company Overview and approach:
Santé Consulting is a high-level healthcare consulting and specialized physician recruitment firm focusing in laboratory medicine. With over 20 years of Healthcare recruitment experience, our clients have come to rely on us as their provider of choice. In this age of specialization, our focused approach and comprehensive knowledge of the hiring, recruiting and employee retention process allows us to work expeditiously in filling vacancies.
Providing recruitment solutions is our primary goal. We offer comprehensive training, support and recruitment solutions for laboratory systems, hospitals, single specialty groups and pathology practices nationally. Whatever your recruitment or staffing needs are, we can provide you with the resources, tools, candidates and support that have been successful for our clients. When you compare our services with traditional recruitment methodologies and outsourced models our clients will find our flexible approach and industry knowledge will save them time and money by producing the results they desire. Each of our assignments is customized to meet the needs of each client. Whether it’s sourcing tools, full-service recruiting, consulting, acquisitions or training and support we have the resources and experience to meet their needs.
Our approach is quite simple. We treat each of our clients as if they were our only client by giving them the personalized attention they deserve. Once engaged we conduct an on-site visit to gain firsthand knowledge of the practice, community and meet with all of the decision makers. Additionally we make recommendations and set-up the “Best Practices” process which when followed ensures a successful hire. We also have them fill out a “Pathology Practice Questionnaire” which details the practice specifics. We then initialize a national search campaign utilizing all vehicles of sourcing: we start with our proprietary database of candidates, cold calling, email blasts, online job boards, journal ads, direct mail and conference’s; targeting candidates that were born, licensed or trained in the region. Once the candidates are identified we work with the client from the initial introduction of the candidate, setting up the interview, pre and post interview discussions to mediating the contract negotiations. A key area that we focus on is the spousal needs. By developing a relationship with the candidates spouse or significant other and understanding what their needs are; personally, professionally and geographically we can increase the clients interview to hire ratio.
