Testimonials:
Marion McChesney (Former President CMLTO and current Regional Laboratory Director): Vince is an excellent role model with respect to, integrity, accountability, collegiality and commitment to quality practice . His ability to lead the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario -Quality Assurance committee, a diverse team consisting of both MLT professionals and members of the Public, to bring to reality a vision of a Quality Program for over 7, 500 MLT’s in Ontario and which is still in effect 12 years later and without any significant modifications to the program, is just one of many examples of his leadership, innovative thinking and organization skills.
Paul Mountain (Former President CLMA and Senior VP Science and Technology, MDS, Ontario Canada):
I have always been impressed by the enthusiastic, energetic approach Vince brings to any task. He led a very young chapter of the Clinical Laboratory Management Association to the most prestigious award of this organization, “Chapter of the Year Award”. This was accomplished in an environment of teamwork and participation of many of the chapter members. It is a real tribute to Vince’s leadership, motivational, and organizational skills.
Claude Ricks (CEO, SQI Diagnostics Inc) “As SQI accelerates our commercial roll-out strategy we sought to confirm our understanding of the quality requirements and greater detail of typical Canadian reference laboratory operating models. We found Vince to be instrumental in helping SQI build our information base to better understand the drivers of technician labour and direct consumable costs of our customers and the operating margins for typical immunodiagnostic testing in our target markets”
