Distinguished Faculty:
Chappy Manning, RN, CPC, is the Billing Support Service Coding Coordinator for PSA. She is responsible for new client coding reviews and the coordination of staff coding education and policies for all four of PSA’s office locations. Ms. Manning regularly presents coding in-services for staff, pathology practices, and conferences. She received her bachelor of science in nursing from the University of South Carolina and is a registered nurse. Prior to joining PSA in 2003, she practiced as a certified wound ostomy continence nurse, was clinical manager of an outpatient clinic, and a nurse consultant to the managed-care division of Blue Cross Blue Shield of SC.
